California Design Den was our favorite cotton set we reviewed. However, we were definitely missing some of the features we had grown to love with the Cosy House Bamboo Sheets (Temperature Regulation).
California Design Den does have a variety of sizes to choose from, however, if you have a mattress with deeper pockets you may find yourself fighting the sheet in the corners to stay on.
Their return policy is also only 30-Days, and they do not feature any live customer support options

The Resort Bamboo Sheets by Cariloha is silky soft and features a 100-Night trial.
Caution: A Queen size bamboo sheet set from Cariloha retails for around $250, and while they are soft it is hard to say they are 5x better than the Cosy House or California Design Den Sheets.
Some reviewers also state they have had issues with pilling, threads coming loose and holes in the fabric after a short time of use, however, we have not yet been able to replicate these results ourselves.
Cariloha's Resort Bamboo Sheets are a great option for those not worried about a budget.

Purple's Bamboo Sheets are pretty soft due to the added spandex, however, they don't seem to cool as well as the other bamboo sheets we've tested.
Purple has created a great set of sheets, we just wish there were more than 4 colors offered, the other sets all offer much better color & pattern options.
While these aren't our top pick for sheets, it's nice they have a live customer support chat readily available. Though this hardly makes up for the fact there is no trial period or return policy. At $99 for a Queen Size bed sheet set, it's a better value than Cariloha, but you're out of luck if you decide you don't like them.

Brooklinen's 480-Thread-Count 7-Piece Luxe Bed Sheet Set is very smooth and is a great pick if you're leaning towards cotton sheets.
However, As of writing the Queen Sheet Set is currently $270. Offering top-notch comfort & quality, this may only appeal to those who are not so budget-minded.
We were however happy it's OEKO-TEX certified and offers a Lifetime Warranty, earning it a spot on this list, Though we'd still recommend A Bamboo set over it for the thermal regulating features alone.
